PARENT HUB · DAILY GUIDE
A smoother day
starts at home.
Keep this page as your practical reference for arriving prepared, communicating clearly and helping your child build a predictable routine.

WHAT TO PACK
Only what your child
actually needs.
Write your child’s full name on every item. Please keep toys, valuables and unapproved food at home.
- 01A labelled water bottle
- 02A healthy meal and snack in sealed containers
- 03One complete change of clothes, labelled
- 04Any branch-approved personal item needed for settling
- 05The required Mini Me uniform and comfortable closed shoes
Before leaving home
Offer breakfast, use the bathroom, dress without rushing and tell your child who will collect them.
At arrival
Give the teacher any essential update, then use one warm, short and confident goodbye.
During the day
The prepared environment balances uninterrupted work, language, movement, care routines and indoor or outdoor experiences.
At collection
Arrive within programme hours and make sure the school has current details for every authorised collector.
FAMILY COMMUNICATION
Tell us what matters.
We will do the same.
Formal progress reporting follows the academic terms. The team will also contact the family when an important learning, wellbeing or care matter needs attention.
- Report an absence or late arrival as early as possible.
- Update allergies, dietary needs and authorised collectors immediately.
- Discuss medication or medical support with administration before sending anything to school.
- Use the school’s official contact channels for questions that need a response.
